The site visit is the highest-conviction sales experience we can offer. You spend half a day inside a working Taylor & Taylor home. You watch the platform get used by the manager, the senior carer, the floor carer, the maintenance person. Charles is on-site for most of it. Reserved for serious prospects (Tier-1) — those weighing a meaningful operational decision.
We don't orchestrate the day. The home runs its normal morning, you observe and ask questions, we step out of the way. Most visits run 9am–1pm and end with lunch with Charles.
The site visit is the most expensive thing we offer operationally — a working home gives up half a day, Charles blocks his diary, the manager walks a stranger through their routine. We reserve it for prospects who are genuinely evaluating, not browsing. That means:
“I've seen a hundred demos. I'd never seen the actual product being used by the actual carer who depends on it. By 11:30 I'd stopped asking software questions and started asking implementation questions. We signed inside the month.”
